- How long does staging take?
- We reply within one business day to set up a walkthrough, which takes about 45 minutes. Your room-by-room plan and fixed quote follow within a day of it. Once approved, install is usually one to two days.
- My house is already staged but not selling. Can you help?
- Yes — that is exactly what happened in Bellevue. We walked the house, planned it again from scratch and restaged it; ten days later it was pending.
- Does staging still work in the slow season?
- It did for us. Our Lake Forest Park home sold in the 2026 slow season — according to its listing agent, the only one of her listings that did.
- Do I have to empty the house first?
- Not necessarily. Tell us what is staying and we will plan around it.
- Do you do particular styles?
- Organic Modern is our signature. We also stage to the house when it asks for something else — our Lake Forest Park staging was Japanese-inspired, down to a tatami tea room.
- Do you work with agents or with sellers?
- Both. Agents often book the consult and sellers sign the quote — we are comfortable either way.
