Staging

Eleven days on market, on average.

We stage about 180 homes a year across Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond, and out into greater Seattle. Mostly single-family houses — vacant and occupied — with the occasional townhome. Fixed price, our own crew, and every piece is something you could buy.

Questions we get

The honest answers.

How long does staging take?
A walkthrough takes about 45 minutes. We return a plan and a fixed quote within 48 hours. Once approved, install is one to two days depending on package. Most clients go from first call to photograph-ready in about ten days.
Do I have to empty the house first?
No. Occupied staging is roughly a third of what we do. We edit what is there, remove what competes, and rent in fill pieces. You keep living there through showings.
What happens if the home does not sell in 60 days?
We extend at a monthly rate quoted up front, so there is never a surprise. There is no penalty and no re-install fee.
Can I buy the furniture?
Yes — that is the point. Everything we stage with is in the collection, and any rental paid during staging credits against the purchase price if you decide to keep it.
Do you work with agents or with sellers?
Both. Agents usually book the consult; sellers usually sign the quote. We are comfortable either way and can bill whoever you prefer.
