We started with one rented sofa.

AmberNest began in 2019 when a Kirkland agent asked whether we could furnish a listing by Friday. We could, barely. Six years on we keep a 14,000 sq ft warehouse in Bellevue, stage around 180 homes a year, and sell the same pieces we stage with — because the most common question after a showing was always "can I keep the sofa?"

We are a small team. The person who plans your rooms is the person who shows up on install day. We do not subcontract the staging, and we do not use furniture we would not put in our own homes.
