We started with one rented sofa.

AmberNest Homes opened in Bellevue in 2026. In our first month we staged two houses. One of them had already been staged, and had not sold — we restaged it, and it went under contract ten days later. The listing history is public; the project page links straight to it, so you can check rather than take our word for it.

We are deliberately small, and we are not apologising for it. The person who plans your rooms is the person who shows up on install day. We do not use furniture we would not put in our own homes. It also means there is room in the calendar — we can usually start on a listing the same week you call, rather than the month after.

We sell the pieces we stage with, because the most common question after a showing is "can I keep the sofa?" Moving is the next thing we are building; join the waitlist and we will write to you once, when it opens — not before.
