Terms & privacy

Who we are
AmberNest is a furniture, home-staging and (soon) moving company operating from 1461 127th Place NE, Bldg 22 Ste 820, Bellevue, WA 98005. Reach us at hello@ambernesthomes.com or (425) 922-9500.
Buying and renting
Prices shown include the piece only. Delivery is quoted at checkout and is free on orders over $2,000 within our service area.
Rental terms are billed in full at checkout for the term you select. If you decide to keep a rented piece, the rent you have already paid is credited against its purchase price.
Stock is reserved when an order is placed. If a piece sells out between your order and our confirmation, we will contact you within one business day with the options.
Staging engagements
Staging quotes are fixed for the scope described in the written plan. Changes to scope are re-quoted before any work happens — we do not issue change orders after the fact.
Standard staging includes a 60-day rental term. Extensions are billed monthly at the rate stated in your quote.
Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider. AmberNest never receives or stores your full card number. If you choose to save a card, we store only its brand, last four digits and expiry, alongside a token held by the provider.
You can remove a saved card at any time from your account, which also releases the token at the provider.
Your account and sign-in
Signing in sends a six-digit code to your email address. Codes expire after ten minutes and are limited to five attempts. We store only a one-way hash of each code, never the code itself.
Your session is held in a signed, HTTP-only cookie and lasts 30 days unless you sign out.
What we collect
We collect the email address you sign in with, anything you choose to add to your profile, your order and delivery details, and the pieces you save. We do not sell personal information.
Contact-form submissions are stored so we can answer them, and are kept while the enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.
To ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, email us and we will action it within 30 days.
Cancellations and returns
Purchases can be cancelled for a full refund any time before delivery. After delivery, unused pieces in original condition can be returned within 14 days, less the cost of collection.
Rentals can be ended early; rent already paid for the current term is not refunded, but no further term is charged.
